The exhibition "Constructivism for Kids" (Конструктивизм — детям) presents children's books from the 1920s and early 1930s that told about the world, scientific inventions, and the things that surrounded children in this historical period. These publications are a special intersection of Soviet culture: they are the intersection of graphic design, pedagogy, literature, and social and political history. The synthesis of books with their texts, design, and illustrations was of key importance for the curators of the exhibition.
